Womb Wellness herbal tea is great for pregnancy, postpartum, after a miscarriage or when you are looking for additional nourishment. Herbal tonics indicated for pregnancy need to be used regularly; a tonic is to the cells much as exercise is to the muscles: it's not much use when done erratically.
Organic Ingredients: Red Raspberry Leaf, Alfalfa Leaf, Nettle Leaf, Oatstraw Leaf, Dandelion Root and Lemon Balm Leaf.
Directions: Steep 1 tbsp loose tea in 8oz water for 10-20 mins. To prepare herbal infusion, a strong medicinal tea, steep 3-4 at hours room temperature, 1/2-1oz per quart of water. Drink as needed. Can be served hot or iced.
Approximately 10-14 cups per bag.
