RETURN, REFUND, AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us! Please review our guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges below.

1. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are happy to replace it!

Timeframe: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product.

Options: Damaged or defective items may be replaced with any product of equal or higher value. If the new item costs more, the customer agrees to pay the price difference. If a replacement is unavailable and a refund is deemed necessary by management, any applicable fees incurred including but not limited to credit card fees, handling and transaction fees will be deducted from the final amount to be refunded.

Process & Condition: The item must be returned to the store unused, unwashed, in excellent condition, and with all original tags, packaging, and inclusions before the replacement is processed. 

Exclusions: Our replacement policy does not cover damage or defects caused by customer misuse, negligence, or mishandling.

2. Change of Mind (Size & Color Exchanges Only)

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, but we do allow limited exchanges under the following conditions:

Allowed Exchanges: Exchanges are limited to a different size or color of the exact same item, subject to availability. Fully replacing the product with a different item or requesting a refund is not permitted. If a replacement is unavailable and a refund is deemed necessary by management, any applicable fees incurred including but not limited to credit card fees, handling and transaction fees will be deducted from the final amount to be refunded.

Timeframe: Exchange requests must be initiated within 1 day (24 hours) of receiving your item.

Process & Condition: The item must be returned to the store unused, unwashed, in excellent condition, and with all original tags, packaging, and inclusions before processing the exchange. The customer assumes full responsibility for all shipping and transport costs incurred when returning the item to the store and sending out the replacement.
