HOW TO COOK:

1.) Rinse: Rinse the dry Konjac Shirataki Rice thoroughly.

2.) Cook: Bring a pot of water to a boil. Optionally, add a pinch of salt. Add the rinsed Konjac Shirataki Rice and boil for 2-3 minutes. ( No specific water-to-rice ratio as you would with regular rice because there is no absorption of water involved. )

3.) Drain: Drain the cooked rice in a colander to remove excess water. Optional: For improved texture, briefly pan-fry the cooked rice in a dry skillet for a few minutes.

PROPER STORAGE : Once opened, transfer to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Keep it away from strong odors like garlic, onions, or spices. DO NOT FREEZE as freezing can alter its texture and make it less desirable for use in dishes.
