Shelf life:
Cookies - 4 weeks at room temperature, 1 & 1/2 months refrigerated
Cupcakes and Ensaymada - 5 days at room temperature, 2 - 3 weeks refrigerated
Pandesal - 5 days at room temperature, 10 days refrigerated
12 pieces hand-rolled lactation pandesal bread. No preservatives or extenders.
Re-heating instructions: Place bread inside microwave with a glass of water, then heat for 10 seconds. Or toast at high heat for 20 seconds.
